The “Shattered Amethyst” was created solely based on the stone’s healing elements. During the creation of the first chapter “Wilderness”, Alex indulged in many glasses of wine and whiskey and used amethyst stones as a daily detox to help purify her mind, body and soul due to Amethyst’s main healing element being detoxification. The combination of the Amethyst crystals within the Shattered series, was a no brainer for Alex to create.
