Just like anything else, you must take care of your valuables. This means do not swim, shower, be "hard" on your items. 

All Alex Skeffington jewellery is oxidized .925 silver. The inner textures are oxidized while the outer textures are highly polished. Using a polishing cloth could take off some of the oxidization, so if you need to use the cloth, please be careful and only polish the outer textures and inner band (if it is a ring or bracelet) as it could change the design you've purchased. Highly recommended not to polish any of the chain link necklaces as the textures are not as deep on these items and could take all of the oxidization off completely.
