Alex Skeffington Metal Atelier items are created and hand built in our studio in Toronto. Due to the unique nature of our pieces and time spent on yours, there are no refunds. Returns on ready-to-ship stock items will be accepted within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit excluding sale items. Pieces must be unworn and complete with original packing.

In the unfortunate instance that your piece displays defects, please make immediate note of the problem, include photos, your name and address for reference and contact us immediately at contact@alexskeffington.com for resolution and instruction for repairs.

Should you damage your piece, please contact us to discuss repairs and associated costs.

Any returned items must be securely packed, and must be shipped back to us using a trackable method (such as UPS, DHL, Canada Post or Fed-Ex). Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number for your protection, items should be insured for their full value listed on your customs sheet.

Only merchandise received by us can be processed for repair, exchange or store credit.

If the item is ordered in the wrong size, store credit will apply. Please note this does not apply to made-to-order items.

*During holiday seasons, once order is placed it will take approximately 20 business days to repair your piece.


Import Duties & Taxes :

If you are outside of Canada, you may be subject to taxes, duties and fees (DAP/DDU). These charges are payable to your government by you.
