For those currently coping with PTSD, here are some practices that I have found beneficial: meditation, hypnosis, journaling, physical activity, spending time in nature, practicing gratitude for actually having PTSD (I know, it's unusual, but trust me, it works), mindful eating, educating yourself and your loved ones about PTSD, practicing breathwork, and balancing your feminine and masculine energies. Lastly, immerse yourself in therapeutic frequencies or music, whether awake or asleep, to promote mental relaxation and healing.
